Spunky II Charters was established  in 1992.   Captain Bob Egger has been a licensed 100 ton Master since 1990 and is the author of two articles written for "The Edge-Big Game Fishing Journal", Sept/Oct 2001, Nov/Dec  2001. We now provide an opportunity for boaters and fishermen to get more enjoyment out of their own boats. In 2009 we started Tucker Marine and expanded our operation into discount boating supplies and marine electronics. We strive to provide top quality products and rock bottom prices.  Returns:  tuckermarine.com/Spunky II Charters has a no return policy, unless an error is ours.

1. Any merchandise authorized for return must be new, unused, complete, and in saleable condition.
2. A copy of our order confirmation invoice must be included.
3. Prior authorization is required..
4. Any other authorized return is subject to 20% restock charge.
5. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Exchange merchandise will go forward F.O.B. New Jersey. We will not accept C.O.D.'s for returns
6. Returns under $50.00 will not be accepted.
7. ANY damaged goods will not be accepted
8. Refunds will be credited to customer upon our acceptable condition inspection of return within 10 days of receipt .
9. Any warranty claims should be handled directly with the manufacturer.
